The Pets for the Elderly Foundation is funding another round of support for seniors who want to adopt cats or dogs. The program, which finds "Seniors for Seniors", seeks to match senior citizens in our community with older cats that, due to their age, are at greater risk of remaining homeless.

Besides being a human senior (age 60 or older), the only other requirements are that the animal be a feline or canine senior (at least 3 years old) and that the human senior can provide a safe, loving home. If you qualify (after a pre-adoption interview), the animal is yours and the Foundation pays the entire adoption fee.
