Pets Saving Pets

Photo-Fundraiser-2014-websiteDear Animal Lover!

Welcome to Happy Tails 2nd annual “Pets Saving Pets” Photo Fundraiser — to benefit the hundreds of homeless and abandoned cats and dogs we rescue each year from at-risk and abusive situations.

“Pets Saving Pets” is not a typical photography contest. Instead, it’s a new and exciting way for everyone to help raise critical funds for Happy Tails. Just post a favorite picture of your pet in one of five categories and then solicit votes from your social network for your entry. Votes cost one dollar each with no limit on the number of votes a person can cast for your pet’s photo.

To make it even better, the overall top vote-getter will win a grand prize of $500! Remember, it’s not about the best picture. We will be rewarding the top fundraisers and, of course, the ultimate winners are the animals.

Dollars raised will be used to ensure medical care, including spaying and neutering; provide food, litter and other daily necessities; help spread the word about adopting a rescue pet; and keep the doors to our no-kill, all-volunteer Adoption Center open.

So, whether it’s a photo that makes us say, “Awwww!” or just “Laugh Out Loud” please share that perfect picture of your pet and help provide critical funding so we can continue our mission of “helping those who can’t help themselves.”
